About the Role
The Global Franchise Center of Excellence (CoE) Specialist is a product specialist seller who acts as a full cycle Account Executive to small and medium size franchise organizations.
About You
As a specialist in the CoE, you will be responsible for the following core areas:
- Prospecting: Daily outreach to existing accounts within the territory and prospecting for new accounts within defined territory.
- Deal Execution: Own the end to end sales cycle including qualifying, conducting discovery, executing demos, defining solution scope, negotiations & contracting.
- Technical & Industry Expertise: Being the true subject matter expert in the Paradox product offering and how we support organizations in the franchise industry.
- Product Feedback: Provide commercially-minded, "boots on the ground" feedback to Product teams to ensure our roadmap stays ahead of the competition.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ year of related experience in direct sales
- Franchise industry knowledge a plus
Other Qualifications:
- Sales Knowledge: A very good understanding of sales cycles and sales processes, coupled with a strong sales acumen with previous prospecting experience
- Technical Acumen: Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn, understand, demonstrate, and analyze software solutions.
- Consultative Skills: Demonstrated ability to employ consultative techniques to understand client needs, build rapport, and provide insightful recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for storytelling to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
