Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Specialized Salesforce Consultant to join their team! This position is located in Ballwin, Missouri. Duties:Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operationsDetermines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systemsServes as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staffIdentifies, documents, reports and tracks system issuesSupports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverablesUnderstands technology and Salesforce capabilities, able to analyze technical aspectsConnects with business stakeholders, providing recommendations based on Salesforce knowledge to align solutions with business goals and identify technical debtActs as a Business Analyst for initiatives, including requirements gathering and solution definitionParticipates in the User Management and Governance (UMG) project, assisting with close-out and ongoing managementParticipates in a long-term project to clean up and rebuild contact records in SalesforceExplores automation opportunities for renewals and other processesEngages in an Agentforce workshop with Salesforce to identify AI use cases for sales supportDesired Skills/Experience:Must have specialized skill listed under specializations tabAbility to independently solve problems and drive tasks to completionAwareness of Agentforce or willingness to learn via Trailheads is preferredBonus if able to read backend Salesforce code (e.g., Apex) for deeper analysisBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $55.00 and $65.00.
