The Allergy Suite is a modern, physician-led Allergy & Immunology practice in Novi, Michigan, dedicated to delivering personalized, evidence-based care in a refined and welcoming clinical environment.

We are seeking an experienced, polished Medical Assistant who takes pride in clinical excellence, patient experience, and professionalism. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who values quality over volume and enjoys working in a specialty setting with high standards.

About the Role

You will play an essential role in maintaining the elevated patient experience our practice is known for. We are looking for someone confident with injections, efficient in clinical workflow, and attentive to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient intake and vitals with professionalism and warmth
• Administration of allergy immunotherapy injections (required)
• Assistance with biologic therapies and in-office procedures
• Preparing and maintaining immaculate exam rooms
• Accurate EMR documentation
• Supporting physicians in delivering high-quality specialty care
• Maintaining a calm, organized clinical environment

Qualifications

• Prior Medical Assistant experience (required)
• Experience administering injections independently
• Specialty clinic experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• CMA/RMA preferred but not required

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (from home), Thursday
• 9 AM - 5 PM
• Wednesdays are work from home!
• No weekends
• No major holidays
