Speech and Language Pathologist
Recognized as one of USA Today's Top 100 Places to Work for 2025, Hamadeh Educational Services, Inc. (HES) is an educational service provider that services PK-12 public school academies in the Metro Detroit area and is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Speech and Language Pathologist.

Star International Academy (PreK-12): Dearborn Heights/Canton Township
Universal Academy (PreK-12) Detroit
Universal Learning Academy (Pre-K-10)- Westland
Noor International Academy (Pre-K-6) - Sterling Heights
SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides students with speech and communication needs with the appropriate services needed to improve their speech and communication abilities.
Collaborates with the parents and appropriate school personnel to develop and implement IEPs, 504 and intervention plans.
Employs a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media, to benefit students with communication needs academically, socially, and personally.
Administers formal and informal Speech/Language evaluations; reviews and interprets results and makes recommendations accordingly.
Maintains accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulation.
Performs other duties as may be assigned
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
Must have current license from the State of Michigan as a Speech and Language Pathologist.
Must meet continuing education requirements as prescribed by rules promulgated by the State of Michigan, as applicable.
