Job Description

Our mission-driven team is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support children with autism in developing speech, language, and cognitive skills. You’ll work with patients under 6, creating individualized treatment plans, leading therapy sessions, tracking progress, and coaching families to support continued growth at home.

Compensation:

$75,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ communication and cognitive skills.
  • Design and deliver individualized therapy plans to meet each child’s needs.
  • Meet with families to provide training and guidance for continued progress at home.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
  • Understanding of speech and language anatomy.
  • Experience in pediatric or autism-focused therapy preferred.
  • Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Knowledge of speech and language anatomy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
