Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatrics) Orlando RegionPay: $60.00 per hour Schedule: 1035 hours/week Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Locations: Casselberry Winter Park Orlando Metro ApopkaAbout the RoleLanguage Link Therapy is seeking several skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to support our expansion throughout the Orlando region. We provide high-quality Speech and Occupational Therapy services through our integrated collaborative model inside ABA centers daycares/preschools and early-intervention programs statewide.We currently have six new partner locations in Casselberry Winter Park Apopka and Orlando.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct speech-language therapy to children ages 27 primarily with Autism Spectrum DisorderDeliver high-quality evidence-based treatment following Language Link Therapy protocolsCollaborate closely with parents and multidisciplinary teams within partner ABA centersMaintain accurate timely documentation and daily notesCommunicate effectively with parents caregivers BCBAs and center staffRequirementsMasters degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive Florida SLP licenseExperience working with young children (ages 27)Experience with ASD is requiredStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently within a structured clinical modelComfortable functioning as part of a multidisciplinary teamCompensation & Growth$60/hour for all direct treatmentPaid clinical administrative time and documentationFull benefits package availableClear path for internal promotion including supervisory and leadership opportunities as we continue to scaleAbout Language Link TherapyLanguage Link Therapy partners with ABA centers throughout Florida to deliver integrated Speech and Occupational Therapy services using a collaborative family-centered approach. As we continue rapid expansion across the state we offer strong clinical support consistent scheduling and meaningful long-term growth opportunities for our therapists.Required Skills:Requirements Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Florida SLP license. Extensive experience with early childhood (ages 27). Significant experience working with children with ASD (required). Previous experience supervising SLPAs or leading a clinical team (preferred). Strong communication skills with parents therapists and center partners. Ability to work independently while managing multiple centers. Comfortable functioning as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
