Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Seattle Area for a Speech Language Pathologist. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, voice, and communication disorders, as well as managing swallowing and dysphagia challenges. The role includes providing individualized therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Speech Therapy, Speech, and addressing Communication Disorders
  • Knowledge and experience with Dysphagia and Language Disorders
  • Excellent assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication abilities for interdisciplinary teamwork
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist and certification by ASHA (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology - CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred
