Position Title:Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Location:Syracuse NY Assignment Duration:13 Weeks Schedule:MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Must work one weekend every other month Pay Rate:$42 $52 per hourPosition OverviewNavitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionateSpeech Language Pathologist (SLP)to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality evaluation and treatment services for individuals with communication cognitive language speech and swallowing disorders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and diagnose speech language cognitive communication and swallowing disorders.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.Manage and schedule patient caseloads based on clinical priorities.Educate patients families and staff on communication and swallowing disorders as well as therapeutic techniques.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives within the rehabilitation department.Maintain accurate documentation progress notes and professional reports.Participate in community education and outreach activities related to speech and language pathology.QualificationsMasters Degree in Speech Pathology RequiredCompletion of Clinical Fellowship Year RequiredNew York State Licensure in Speech Pathology PreferredClinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or equivalent RequiredMinimum of 1 year of clinical fellowship experienceFor more details contact ator Call / Text at.AboutNavitas Healthcare LLCcertified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
