Start your journey with E-Therapy today!#OnsiteResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy services to students as directed by a supervising SLP Provide direct therapy services to students targeting areas such as articulation phonology language comprehension fluency and pragmatic skills. Support implementation of individualized therapy plans and monitor progress Assist with documentation data collection and preparation of therapy materials Collaborate with teachers parents and other members of the educational team to support students communication goals in the classroom and other educational settings. Maintain compliance with state regulations and school procedures Participate in supervision and training as required Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development. Monitor students progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes. Document therapy sessions progress reports and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting. Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with students staff and parents both verbally and in writing. The employee may need to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds and may occasionally be required to bend stoop kneel or crouch. Additionally the employee must have the physical stamina to supervise and engage with students throughout the school day.
