Essential Job Functions Ministry: Lead and reinforce the mission of Stars to connect people to CCV   Build relationships with Stars families & coaches  Guide coaches and volunteers to grow in their next steps  Ensure More Than A Game elements like huddles cards and prayer are taking place  Help integrate the Stars ministry with other CCV ministries  Programming: Constantly recruit and train volunteers for coaches guest services and field ops  Implement and execute leagues and camps (make teams schedules maps referees etc)  Communicate information updates and promotions regularly with Stars families  Support volunteer coaches as needed during practices and games  Connect with local community schools and city functions to promote Stars to the community Support area club soccer events Operations: Ensure facility ready for all practices/games (signage equipment fields/courts restrooms etc)  Manage and steward facility and equipment/inventory Oversee safety and quality of facility handle minor repairs and communicate with landscapers Miscellaneous: Support and at times travel to campuses within your area Variable schedule including 2 nights a week and Fri/Sat game days on the fields during season Integrate with home campus staff and assist at major church events Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications Character & Chemistry Alignment with CCV core values: Commitment to Excellence-We bring our best every time. Heart for Evangelism-We will risk it all to reach one more. Radical Generosity-We steward all things with open hands. Integrity-We commit to zero gap between what we say and do. Servant Attitude-We put others before ourselves. Teamwork-We are fiercely committed to the power of teams. Fully engaged (or willingness to) in CCV Next Steps: Baptism-by immersion at an age of decision Worship-regularly attend CCV service with family Connect-participation in CCV small group Serve-volunteer somewhere within a CCV ministry Give-returning at least a full 10% tithe to the local church CCV Competency Interpersonal Skills-connect well relationally with people from all walks of life and various levels of spiritual maturity Conflict Resolution-able to diffuse upset people and facilitate conversations between parties at odds  Leadership Skills-lead Stars volunteers and families to execute the program and keep focus on mission  Customer Focus-go the extra mile to love people well and prioritize convenience with how we program Drive for Results-be a self-starter and take initiative necessary to meet and exceed expectations Self-Development-constantly grow in skills needed for the job spiritual and leadership growth seeks feedback  Strategic Planning Skills-ability to multitask and manage time as often working on 2-3 seasons at once Administrative Skills-prioritize details necessary to run organized programs execute established processes Education and Experience College experience preferred Previous leadership experience highly desired Coaching and Stars experience are assets Proficient in Microsoft Office Additional Information : General InformationThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
