LPNs participate in the planning implementation and evaluation of nursing care. LPNs work under the direction of the Registered Nurse in an assigned clinical area.QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia.Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support.PREFERREDAdditional Life Support credential (ACLS PALS NRP etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications may be preferred in specific units.
