Trade school degree or certificate preferredAbility to follow verbal and written instructions.Able and willing to perform physical labor including carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 70 lbs.Able and willing to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 60 feet working within ducts crawl spaces above ceilings etc.Experience reading and understanding construction blueprints diagrams and specifications used in installation activities.Able and willing to work flexible hours.Ability to adhere to implement and always follow safety guidelines and procedures.Excellent communication skills using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers and team members.Strong organizational skills positive attitude and an ability to learn quickly.Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test.PreferredOSHA/MSHA/NICET CertificationsSprinkler Foreman experienceHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $30.95 - $40.38 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.)
