Position-BI Lead Location-Torrance CA (ONSITE) Job Description Business Intelligent Lead the design development and implementation of end-to-end BI solutions on AWS. Architect and optimize data pipelines data lakes and data warehouses using AWS services such as Redshift Glue Athena S3 Lambda and Quicksight. Partner with business and technology teams to define BI strategy KPIs and reporting frameworks. Build and maintain robust ETLELT processes to ensure data quality accuracy and availability. Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to deliver insights to business users. Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Ensure security compliance and governance standards for all BI and data assets. Continuously evaluate new AWS and BI technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
