Accounting Supervisor – $100,000+ Starting Salary Southern NJ | Full-Time | On-Site Our client, a well-established multi-trade contractor in Southern New Jersey, is seeking a sharp, detail-driven Accounting Supervisor to join their leadership team. What You’ll Do Oversee accounting operations across multiple entities Perform financial analysis, generate monthly/quarterly reports, and assess control procedures Produce client profitability reports, identify variances, and communicate insights to management Manage client billing across several divisions Monitor cost accounting data and evaluate metrics such as labor cost per hour Support payroll-related functions and ensure accuracy Assist with continuous process improvement within the accounting department What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Minimum 4 years of construction accounting experience Sage Intacct experience required Payroll experience strongly desired Strong analytical and reporting skills Ability to manage complex, multi-entity financials Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent communication skills Bonus points for: AIA billing experience Certified payroll reporting experience Compensation & Details Starting salary: $100,000+ (based on experience) Full-time, on-site position in Southern New Jersey Opportunity to grow with a respected and expanding contractor Additional Softwares Paycom Quickbooks Online Paylocity Avionte Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $70,020 - $108,350 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
