ResponsibilitiesSr. Advanced Project Engineer forHoneywell International Inc. (Duluth GA)RESPONSIBILITIES: Solution consulting/requirement engineering for MES applications.Skills and competencies management of MES GSC team.Agile project execution including implementing projects on time and within budget.Design develop install and commission industrial IT/OT solutions including after-market support.Maintain MES engineering capacity plan.Determine system/product improvement. Support the Honeywells LS strategy for growth on MES.Support the LS GSC strategy.Identify trends and addresses barriers.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:Qualified applicants must have 5 years of experience with MES engineering.Must have 5 years of experience with the following: MES engineering; deep understanding and hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems and Electronic Batch Record (EBR) systems; familiarity with software integration and customization within the platforms; ability to create and deliver recipes to meet shop floor needs that engage potential users and stakeholders; strong capabilities in representing the voice of the customer during the MES implementation to ensure alignment with user needs and expectations; skills in gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights for product enhancement; project management experience to oversee the coordination of various teams and tasks during the project lifecycle; understanding of regulatory requirements specific to life sciences manufacturing ensuring that product offerings comply with necessary standards and guidelines.Up to 20% domestic travel required.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Job Site: Duluth GA40 hours/weekEligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Project / Program Management,Primavera,IT Project Management,Microsoft Access,Public Health,Data Collection,PMBOK,Mobile Devices,Maximo,Prolog,Project Management,Microsoft Project Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
