The position owns the internal product backlog covering integrations, configurations, use-case enablement, governance controls, and user-facing capabilities. The role is responsible for translating business and user needs into a prioritized, actionable roadmap; driving execution against that roadmap; and ensuring measurable adoption and value realization across the enterprise.

Incorporates feedback loops and usage insights to continuously refine product direction and delivery.
Metrics, Adoption & Value Realization
Defines, tracks, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AI adoption, usage, value realization, and business outcomes. Uses data and insights to inform roadmap decisions, prioritize investments, and measure progress against business objectives. Partners with enablement, change management, and communications teams to support adoption strategies and sustained usage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Works closely with architecture, security, and governance stakeholders to ensure responsible and compliant use of AI capabilities. Provides subject matter expertise on enterprise AI capabilities, usage patterns, and product direction.
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Maintains awareness of emerging AI trends, platform enhancements, and industry best practices, assessing relevance and impact on the enterprise roadmap. Identifies opportunities for process and delivery improvements across product management and AI enablement practices. Mentors and supports junior product owners or team members as part of a broader Enterprise AI product group.
