Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.ABOUT THE ROLEAre you ready to take your accounting experience to the next level and make an impact in a global organization SC Johnson is looking for a Sr. Analyst to join our Corporate Accounting team.As Sr. Analyst you will play a key role in managing the flow of financial information from international and domestic subsidiaries through the consolidation process to ensure accurate internal and external reporting.This individual will report to Director Corporate Accounting and External Reporting.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecute towards domestic and international Tax and Treasury management strategies.Facilitate projects that support Corporate Accounting initiatives.Perform multiple tasks to deliver worldwide month-end close including Cumulative Translation Adjustment (CTA) analysis Other Income & Deductions (OID) commentary financial reporting validations.Support statutory and year-end financial statement reporting through external audits.Execute corporate budgeting and balance sheet reconciliation processes.Prepare and file mandatory government reports with the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) and United States Census.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOULL BRINGBachelors degree in Accounting Finance or other related business field and 2 years of directly related accounting or finance business experience.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSMBA/Masters degree in AccountingCPAExperience preparing financial statements financial statement reconciliation account reconciliation month end closeStrong Excel proficiency; SAP/S4Hana Business Warehouse (BW) Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)JOB REQUIREMENTSFull Time Monday through Friday business hoursThis position will be located in our Racine global headquarters on Howe StreetRemote work available once a week for eligible employeesThis role is NOT eligible for relocationOther duties responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice as assigned by the Manager.
