The Workforce Planning team supports Advisor Services by providing demand forecasting, staff supply planning, and workforce strategy to optimize customer experience and business outcomes. We partner across service, operations, technology, and finance teams to ensure the organization is effectively resourced to meet evolving client and business needs.
In this role, you will serve as a senior individual contributor and strategic partner, helping drive integrated workforce planning across demand forecasting and staff supply. This role partners closely with leadership to support end-to-end workforce planning by aligning staffing strategies with business demand and organizational priorities. Responsibilities include leading staff supply planning and headcount alignment, validating demand inputs, coordinating across planning teams, and providing analytical insights through reporting, dashboards, and scenario modeling. The position also supports workforce planning for client migrations, drives consistency and continuous improvement across planning processes, shares best practices, and serves as a subject matter expert and trusted resource to ensure alignment across demand, supply, and execution activities.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience translating demand into staffing outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and workforce planning tools
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years workforce planning experience
