The Application Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimizing manufacturing processes within the business services industry. This position focuses on delivering technical expertise and solutions to meet clients' engineering and manufacturing needs. Description Strong technical knowledge of machining processes and equipment. 4+ years of manufacturing experience (machining enviorments), ideally supporting aerospace, automotive, or medical industries. Strong knowledge of CNC controls (Siemens, Fanuc ect). Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam/NX ect) and (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ect). Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools, and lean manufacturing concepts. Understanding of ISO standards Ability to work on-site in Schaumburg, IL, with 30% travel Profile Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $145,000 USD. a bonus paid out around 8-13% based off company and personal metrics 3 weeks of PTO, additional sick days, andHolidays.
