Partnering closely with merchant teams youll transform complex sales and shopper data into clear actionable insights that influence merchandising strategies and drive results. Your expertise in category analytics and shopper behavior will uncover trends identify opportunities and deliver recommendations that make a real impactboth in-store and online. This is your chance to combine data-driven thinking with strategic influence to help define the future of retail.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support category leadership with actionable and compelling shopper insights to both internal and external stakeholdersLeverage analytics and produce insights that identify growth opportunities value to the shopper or Club member competitive threats share trends and consumer shifts; meet with retailer directly on regular cadence to share findings and present recommendationsProvide analytics and insights support to Managers driving strategic engagement across key retail departmentsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOULL BRINGBachelors degree with 2 years of relevant experience ORadvanced degree with 1 year of relevant experienceQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorshipPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSAnalytical mindsetExperience in CPG and/or retailGathering and reporting on syndicated sales and shopper data:POS data (e.g. Nielsen or Circana/Madrid)Walmart data (Scintilla/Luminate)Basic panel data (e.g. Numerator or Nielsen Homescan)Clear and concise report writing and presentation skillsBasic assortment planning and merchandising relay experience:Space-to-sales analysisPlus skills: JDA (or equivalent) trait maintenance relay workCollaborative approachJOB REQUIREMENTSFull time onsite role In Rogers AR officeAbility to travel up to 20%Remote work is available once per week for eligible employeesThis role is not eligible for relocationBENEFITS AND PERKSSC Johnsons total compensation packages are at or above industry addition to salary total packages may include bonuses long-term incentives matching 401(k) contributions and profit sharing based on company profitability job level and years of service.
