EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION & TRADE SECRETS ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Location: Seattle, WA IN-OFFICE A leading AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its Employment & Trade Secrets Practice Group. This is an outstanding opportunity to represent innovative technology and life sciences companies in high-stakes employment litigation, counseling, and corporate transactions. Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in Washington, in good standing2–3 years of substantive experience in management-side employment law litigation and counselingExperience handling cases involving restrictive covenants, trade secret disputes, and other employment-related litigationBackground advising clients on terminations, leaves of absence, internal investigations, reductions in force, and employment policiesFamiliarity with employment issues in M&A and other corporate transactions preferredExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to in-person collaboration in the firm’s Seattle office Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent employers in employment law disputes, including trade secret and non-compete litigationProvide day-to-day counseling to fast-growing companies on compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsDraft and review employment agreements, policies, and handbooksConduct internal investigations and advise on workforce management issuesSupport corporate transactions by advising on employment-related matters Why Join Us?This is an exceptional opportunity to join a leading employment litigation and counseling practice that works at the intersection of law, innovation, and workplace culture.
