The team advises clients across a broad range of industries on brand protection, enforcement, and related disputes in both federal courts and administrative forums. This role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated trademark and copyright matters spanning litigation and strategic counseling. Attorneys based in Austin, Texas follow a hybrid in office schedule several days per week. Remote work may be available for attorneys located elsewhere in the continental United States. Why join us?
