They lead other developers and ensure best practices are followed in automation development. This role involves analyzing business operations identifying automation opportunities developing bots and maintaining existing bots.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the analysis of business operations and identify automation opportunitiesDesign and develop complex UiPath solutions or alternative automation solutions in accordance with standard design principlesCreate and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phasesDeploy RPA bots and manage and maintain them for operational stabilityDocument process details and ensure that all tasks are well documentedPerform debugging and troubleshooting for the deployed RPA solutions including on call assignments for production issuesProficiently work with database systems (e.g. SQL) and seamlessly integrate automation solutions with APIs and web servicesDevelop and maintain reusable components libraries and templates in UiPath to accelerate development and ensure consistency across projects.Assess and solve issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and provides timely responses and solutions as neededCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of RPA solutions according to business needsEnsure the quality of the system through rigorous testing methods and industry-standard practicesAdhere to best practices and standards and suggest ways to improveLead other developers and provide guidance on best practicesPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practicesFacilitate peer review of solution designsManage and lead automation projects and teamsPartner with Automation Architects custom developers and other leaders to develop automation solutions as a collaborative approachStay current with UiPath advancements (e.g. Document Understanding AI Center) and recommend innovative approaches to enhance automation capabilities.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field4-6 years of experience in automation development8-12 years of experience in a technical roleAdvanced proficiency in UiPath Studio UiPath Orchestrator and automation techniques such as data scraping OCR and custom reusable activities.RPA certification (e.g. UiPath Certified Professional Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional Blue Prism Developer Certification)Strong programming skills in C# or Python to extend UiPath functionalityExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsThe ability to quickly understand and digest business process and to conceptualize as an automated solution in a team environmentAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsStrong communication and documentation skillsExperience with software development lifecycle and agile frameworksExperience in leading and managing automation projects and teamsExperience in managing mentoring and guiding less experienced developersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with intelligent automation tools like AI Center Document Understanding or OCR platforms (e.g. Abbyy Tesseract)Healthcare Automation experience preferably healthcare operationsScrum Master or other Agile certificationsExtensive experience in healthcare automationAbility to transform raw data into insightful visualizations and interactive reports in PowerBIThis is a senior role closely aligned with an architect position - candidate must have extensive UiPath experience and proficiency in a second development language. Need to know how to perform code reviews architect processes and create custom code using . Candidate should be proficient in process re-engineering and understand UiPaths capabilities and limitations to design optimal process architectures.
