Travel is required.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Business Intelligence Solutions team (BI) is responsible for delivery of all data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The Business Intelligence Managers responsibilities include data mapping data assessments and analysis data governance support POC dashboard development user acceptance testing reporting support opportunity assessments tabular model support workplace trend analysis benchmarking analysis and general product support for client BI platform.Primary DutiesSupport the client and account team to design build and implement dashboards aligned with the clients BI platform and global data strategy initiativesLead BI platform initiatives to enhance the overall delivery of insights to all clientsLead data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration projectsManage Intake/Backlog data dictionary report inventory and process for developing custom dashboards for the client and for the platformPartner with the client technology team to understand their technical requirementsAbility to manage key client and account team relationshipsLiaise with BI platform (BI Solutions Team) to ensure dashboard prototype design and build meets business requirementsProactively analyze the clients portfolio and provide support in identifying risks and opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirementsUtilize advanced analytics tools to transform data automate workflows and develop analytical toolsWork effectively with all areas of the business to identify required dashboard visualizations and associated calculations to build dashboardsTechnical documentation and process documentation as required for activities within the data workstreamProvide guidance and training to the account team employees on BI platformProvide both verbal and written updates to management on the progress of workKnowledge & SkillsBachelors degree in Business Mathematics Engineering or TechnologyExperience in:Client and stakeholder managementBusiness analytics or data visualization softwareAdvanced Power BI development including complex DAX data modeling and Power QueryData mapping and modelingAlteryx or similar data extraction for data preparation and workflow automationSQL for querying and transforming data is preferredPython or similar for data processing or automation tasks preferredMicrosoft Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate and SharePointWorking within a BI or software product team environmentTableau is a plusHandling commercial real estate data is a plusAdditional RequirementsHigh Level of critical thinking and judgement exercised dailyBe curious about dataSelf-motivated with a client-centric focusProblem solver mentalityExcellent communication skillsAble to determine how to handle client requests that are not in their best interest or are outside of scope of delivery or technology capability.Able to choose the most effective forms of communication to articulate complex problems to non-technical resourcesRelationship managementCushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs generally including health vision and dental insurance flexible spending accounts health savings accounts retirement savings plans life and disability insurance programs and paid and unpaid time away from addition to a comprehensive benefits package Cushman and Wakefield provide eligible employees with competitive pay which may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location date of hire total hours worked job type business line and applicability of collective bargaining agreements.The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.The compensation for the position is: $ 110500.00 - $130000.00Cushman & Wakefield is an Equal Opportunity employer to all protected groups including protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
