Sr Business Analyst, Deposit Strategy at American National Bank of Texas

DescriptionThe Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and building solutions for the bank's overall deposit growth strategy.Leverage data sources and tools to create deposit product and program recommendationsCollaborate with bank teams across the bank to bring recommendations to lifeGather, study, and synthesize market research to inform recommendationsCreate ongoing, insightful reporting and analysis of deposit growth successGather and analyze deposit pricing data to inform and support pricing decisionsPartner with IT to inform and expand deposit strategy data needs and requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Analytics10-15 years extensive marketing analytics experience in financial services industryPreferred: Expert knowledge in CRM tools such as CRMBI (FiServ), Alteryx, and Power BI. Expert understanding of customer databases and data warehouse functionality. Strong communication skills to interface with business and technical teams. Strong organizational skills are required to effectively collaborate with and lead cross-functional working teams. SQL knowledge helpful but not required.Skills:Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Excel and Access; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to perform advanced math and carry out complex written instructionsWork occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the positionLifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.ANBTX strongly encourages candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish to apply.
