Location:127 Public Square Cleveland OhioJob SummaryAs an integral member of the Commercial Bank Institutional Healthcare Payments team this role collaborates to acquire expand and retain business clients with their cash management needs. The position serves as the first point of contact for customer service needs inquiries or problems ensuring clients receive a full and effective client experience.Essential FunctionsCollaborate with partners to expand and retain business and commercial clientsMaintain and manage cash management services including project completion and tracking (e.g. product/service updates new service introductions compliance projects)Prepare deliver and review agreementsAdhere to all Risk policies and procedures including QV and Risk Testing initiativesConduct research to support ongoing client needsGenerate cross-sell leads and participate in regular bank initiativesPartner with internal stakeholders to address complex client needsMake timely risk-aware decisions and take ownership of outcomesSet clear objectives define priorities and manage time effectivelyAnalyze information from various sources to draw conclusions and develop solutionsAdheres to and supports Keys compliance culture.Performs other duties as assigned; duties responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without noticeComplies with all KeyBank policies and procedures including without limitation acting professionally at all times conducting business ethically avoiding conflicts of interest and acting in the best interests of Keys clients and Key.EducationBachelors Degree or equivalent experience (required)Work Experience3 years of cash management experience (required)3 years of Commercial Banking experience (preferred)Licenses and CertificationsCertified Cash Manager (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) (preferred)SkillsExpertise in treasury/ cash management products and services.Manages service updates compliance projects and new service rollouts.Demonstrated success in managing client needs and inquiries.Strong verbal and written communication for client engagement.Identifies cross-sell opportunities and contributes to bank initiatives.Analyzes information to resolve complex client issues.Makes timely risk-aware decisions and takes ownership of outcomes.Works effectively with internal partners to support business growth.Prepares delivers and reviews client agreements.Sets priorities and manages workload effectively.Ensures accuracy and follow-through in client support.Comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholdersAdheres to risk policies and supports testing initiatives.Ability to interpret data and develop client-focused solutions.Skilled in Microsoft Office in Word Excel and PowerPoint for business tasks.Core CompetenciesAll KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Keys Values and abide by Keys Code of Conduct.Physical DemandsGeneral Office - Prolonged sitting ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients frequent use of PC/laptop occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks computer bags up to 10 lbs.TravelOccasional travel to include overnight stay.Driving RequirementsAbility to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid drivers license.Work Location CategoryHybrid (3 days) if located near a KeyBank officePosition can be remote if there is no KeyBank office within an hourCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThis position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $68000.00 - $103000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors including but not limited to skills experience and geographic location.
