Sr. Clinical Team Leader at Access-Supports for Living

DescriptionLocation: Middletown NYHours: 930 am to 6 pmRate of pay: $90000 to $92500This position oversees the operations of County CCBHC Urgent Care sites within the organization. The role includes leadership in the development and expansion of critical behavioral health services such as:Enhancing access to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Substance Use DisordersDeveloping 24/7 coverage for acute mental health and substance use servicesBuilding a full complement of Article 36 services to serve Orange County/Ulster County residentsPRIMARY FUNCTIONS:Coordinate and implement staffing coverage across multiple clinical teamsProvide clinical supervision to licensed and non-licensed staffOffer administrative oversight and support operational excellenceServe as clinical backup for urgent or complex casesSubmit regular reports to government agencies and grant fundersTrack and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead daily performance and clinical huddlesDesign and implement management systems to address gaps in service deliveryDrive the development of programs and staff in a rapidly growing organization.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:Support the Security Officer in investigations incident follow-up and mitigation planningContribute to Quality Assurance (QA) processes including incident reporting and complianceEnsure adherence to CARF OMH and other regulatory standardsParticipate in agency-wide initiatives including:Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) effortsEHR configuration and optimizationClinical training and education initiativesQUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailDemonstrated ability to lead and scale clinical programsProven track record of staff development and mentorshipExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in Electronic Health Record (EHR) administration and optimizationComfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environmentSkilled in translating clinical and operational issues into effective solutionsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Preferred: Psy.D.
