This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow their careers in a thriving and team-driven environment.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $70000 - $100000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.401(k):ResponsibilitiesManage a book of business with accounts ranging from $15000 to $200000 in revenue for Construction or up to $100000 in revenue for Diversified accounts.Handle 40-45 clients for Construction accounts or 60-80 clients for Diversified accounts.Quote new and renewal business.Provide exceptional service to clients ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.Utilize AMS 360 and ImageRight software for account management and documentation.Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered for the right fit.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight software.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail.Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and delegate.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment.Commitment to professional growth and development (working towards or holding relevant designations is a plus).Industry Knowledge: Experience with Construction accounts is essential.
