Our recruiters look forward to speaking with you about your background skills and compensation requirements.Overview The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for providing operations accounts with high-quality professional customer service and acts as an extension of the account within Saddle CreekCorporation. TheFMC coordinates between operations sanitation and maintenance. They perform customer service functions with a special emphasis on communication problem solving inventory control dispatching work order management and interpersonal skills. They establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates other agencies vendors and the public. ResponsibilitiesAssist operations on all issues and acts as aliaisonbetween the operations support personnel and maintenancepersonnel by answering questions offering solutions and researching issues in a timely mannerProvide accurate input and verification of merchandise receiptsGenerate and retain all required reporting for the maintenance of operations accounts of Saddle CreekMaintain responsibility of purchases inventory billing invoice creation and tracking related to maintenance and sanitationProcess work orders purchase orders in a timely and accuratemanneraccording to maintenance requestsCommunicate with the operationsverballyand in writing with a professional and helpful approachCollaborate with operations manager supervisors and associates in a cooperative and respectful mannerCreate review schedule and dispatch work orders to the team via the CMMSCollaborate with maintenance and sanitation leads within the region to ensure that adequate inventory for daily operations is present.Perform shipping and receiving duties as neededAdditional duties as assignedKnowledge Skills and Abilities This position may require the ability to work in a non-temperature controlled indoor environmentThis position may require standing sitting walking or liftingMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background checkMinimum of six months experience in a customer service roleProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programsProficiency in typingStrong verbal and written communication skills especially through email and over the phoneEducation/Experience Must be eighteen (18) years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent associate degree preferredExperience working with computerized maintenance management system or CMMSPrevious experience in a busy warehouse office or similar environmentSaddle Creek is an Equal Opportunity employer and an Affirmative Action employer as required by law.
