Job SummaryProvides legal advice to clients on complex matters related to Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) 693 and CIP TSA Cybersecurity and general regulatory issues. Combines knowledge of one or more legal specialties with sound business acumen and knowledge of business goals and objectives.
