The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers primarily face-to-face supporting their branch and rental needs. Responsibilities include:Takeincoming calls- reservations rate quotes general questions and answers provide information and resolution for customers other branches insurance companies dealerships repair shops and other vendorsManage outgoing calls forcallback management A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assignedProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsEffectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as neededUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions vehicle features and other servicesMay sell optional protection products upgrades fuel options and other additional equipmentResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenanceClean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when neededPerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks accounts receivables transfer and key logs run miscellaneous reports supply maintenance process customer billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldMust have at least 6 months experience in sales customer service leadership or managementLeadership experiencecould include experience in organizations clubs volunteer work community service athletics or military serviceMust be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures standing for long periods of time bending squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodationMust have a valid US drivers licenseMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureMust have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference education and social security.We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by and consistent with applicable law.Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Time Management,Guest Relations,Hospitality Management,Front office Managements,Accomodation,Telephone handling,Communication,Guest Services,Relationship Management,Reservation,Airport,Administrative Services,Client Services,Airlines,Safety and Security Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
