OverviewThe Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers primarily face-to-face supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support service customers and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. This role is available as regular part time and full time.This posting is for our Truckee office and has a starting pay of $21.00 per hour. This is a full time position. The hours of operation are 8am-5:30pm Monday thru Friday and Saturdays from 9am until Noon.ResponsibilitiesTakeincoming calls- reservations rate quotes general questions and answers provide information and resolution for customers other branches insurance companies dealerships repair shops and other vendorsManage outgoing calls forcallback management A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assignedProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsEffectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as neededUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions vehicle features and other servicesMay sell optional protection products upgrades fuel options and other additional equipmentResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenanceClean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when neededPerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks accounts receivables transfer and key logs run miscellaneous reports supply maintenance process customer billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldMust have at least 2 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experienceMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work sponsorship now or in the future.Must be available to work on SaturdaysMust have not interviewed with any Enterprise Mobility brands in the last 12 monthsWe will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as required by and consistent with applicable law.Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Typing,Data Entry,Customer Service,Basic Math,Computer Skills,Windows,Banking,Upselling,Pricing,Sanitation,Cash Handling,Stocking Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
