If you have a good attitude and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done PitchBook is the place for you.About the Role:The Marketing team at PitchBook is critical to fueling the companys growth by utilizing a variety of strategies to support our Sales and Customer Success departments grow and retain our client base. The Marketing department is responsible for all demand generation efforts by executing engaging campaigns effective product marketing strategies and attending client and trade-show events. The Marketing team is also responsible for promoting the PitchBook brand.PitchBooks Sr. Customer Experience Specialist plays a key role in executing impactful experiences and programs that support our growing Customer Success team. This position focuses on supporting client events globally and a targeted gifting strategy to enhance client relationships and strengthen our brand presence. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills so we are looking for a candidate eager to experiment explore new tactics and continually improve our ability to connect with our customers.This role thrives in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while offering support over an aggressive roadmap of marketing opportunities. The ability to work effectively across various internal and external teams including Sales Customer Success and Creative is critical to support a cohesive approach to our events and gifting strategy.Primary Job Responsibilities:Support the execution of a global client event strategy designed to support in-person interactions for our Sales and Customer Success teamsSupport (and manage when necessary) end-to-end event planning process including venue and catering requirements signage shipping swag and event documentation as neededCoordinate on-site event needs printing giveaways and signageOversee and maintain our client gifting platform Sendoso including campaign and inventory management as well as support for Sales and Customer SuccessSupport the Company Store as necessarySupport the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviorsParticipate in various company initiatives and projects as requestedSkills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree3 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing and Events ManagementA true team player with the ability to work productively across diverse teams in rapidly changing conditions. Partnership and collaboration are a fundamental requirementRelentlessly high standards with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and priorities. Detail oriented and deadline drivenAbility to travel 1-3 times per yearExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook Word and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily.
