You will lead a team in developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives.You will report directly to our Marketing Director and youll work out one of our BA Strategic Locations on a hybrid work schedule.In this role you will impact the company significantly by leveraging your extensive experience in customer marketing to drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement loyalty and revenue growth. Your ability to analyze market trends identify customer insights and deliver targeted campaigns will strengthen customer relationships and position the company as a leader in the industry.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead a team of individual contributors across AMRS in developing and executing customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty in our key verticals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales and product management to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns.Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement loyalty and revenue growthCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaignsMeasure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make datadriven recommendations for optimizationManage customer segmentation and develop personalized marketing communicationsCollaborate with sales teams to develop customerfocused sales enablement materialsStay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in customer marketingQualificationsYOU MUST HAVEMinimum of 6 years of experience in customer marketing or related roles with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.WE VALUEBachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.Masters degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).Dynamic and self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.Innovative and creative thinking as we encourage new ideas and approaches to drive continuous improvement.BENEFITSBenefits Medical Vision Dental Mental HealthPaid Vacation401k Plan/Retirement Benefits (as per regional policy)Career GrowthProfessional DevelopmentThe annual base salary range for this position in Connecticut and Minnesota is $142000 $178000.
