This role will develop and implement ML systems across Illuminas products including DRAGEN the Constellation technology and sequencing systems like high-throughput Novaseq X. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (algorithms software bioinformatics optics and imaging test) to develop and implement machine learning algorithms operating on a variety of data types (images sequencing output population data DNA RNA multi-omics etc). Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly.
