Sr. Designer, Experience Design at Cella

Location: Woonsocket, Rhode IslandJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 42 per hourWe are seeking a passionate and strategic Senior Designer to join the Health creative team. In this high-visibility, hands-on role, you will lead the creative ideation of environmental experience design, transforming physical spaces into immersive brand stories. Reporting to the Group Director or Manager and collaborating closely with the Associate Creative Director of Experience Design, you will be a key driver in how our customers interact with our brand in-store and beyond.You will be responsible for designing a wide range of branded applications that bridge the gap between traditional graphic design and physical environments. Your work will directly influence the customer journey, requiring a deep understanding of how to apply brand-driven strategic thinking to three-dimensional spaces. We are looking for a creative problem-solver who can develop compelling concepts that don't just look beautiful but also meet critical business objectives. Responsibilities:Generate impactful creative ideas to life across a wide scope of graphic applications including retail stores, clinics, corporate events, and workplace.Apply deep experience in design to execute a broad range of deliverables including environmental branding, in-store signage, dynamic digital screen content, event assets and print collaterals.Successfully use design skills and knowledge to develop compelling themes, ideas, and designs that are on brand, and meet business objectives.Present design concepts, serving as subject matter expert in formal meetings with senior leaders and team members for design reviews and approval.Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail and be a dependable team player.Collaborate with internal, cross functional and external partner teams to deliver on the brief and ensure execution of ideas as planned.
