WHO YOULL WORK WITHThis role sits within the North America Sales Go-To-Market team supporting the Nike B2B platform . Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager Digital Platform Lead the Sr. Digital Platform Operations Manager Storytelling/Campaigns/Analytics will work cross functionally with North America Sales teams as well as the Global Sales Go-To-Market team to support innovation in seasonal storytelling on B2B platform drive additional revenue via campaigns and drive forward our analytics strategy for the platform. This role will also work directly with fellow team members to collaborate across platform priorities and enhancements impacting storytelling and campaign initiatives.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThe ideal candidate will be an innovator forward-thinking problem solver and strategic connector. This role is essential to ensuring our future vision for the B2B platform comes to life.The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:Bachelors degree in Business Sales Ecommerce Digital Analytics or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience or training.A minimum of 3 years directly relevant work experience.Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment and to deliver on strategic tactical and operational levelsPro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolutionExperience with business process improvement methods & project management skills a plusExperience with analytics a plusSkilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel) Tableau Adobe Analytics JIRA and Confluence is a plusWHAT YOULL WORK ONThis role is responsible for helping to deliver tailored experiences for each channel and partner curated content tools and playbooks that drive engagement alignment and localized activation as executing geo-optimized campaign addition they will be responsible for helping to provide real-time analytics on trends inventory and consumer behavior for smarter decision making.:Responsible for partnering with our Global Sales Go-to-Market team to deliver bespoke partner journeys on B2B platform.Leverage geo-optimized campaign tools to maximize revenue goals with North America sales.Develop and execute an At Once campaign strategy across multiple sales teams.Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy to monitor the health and usage of individual applications and utilize the data to feed future priorities.Develop strong working relationships with Sales teams in order to achieve successful outcomes for comprehensive storytelling and campaign strategies across the platform.Partner with team members to ensure user feedback / enhancement requests are submitted through the proper channels.We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers sign language interpreters accessible and single location for in-person interviews closed captioning and other reasonable modifications as needed.
