About the role:Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Product Manager for its PACE (Price and Contract Evolution) platform and product/program is a highly visible and strategic role that will support the delivery of this rapidly expanding role is responsible for partnering with numerous internal stakeholders to support expand and enhance the existing PACE/Contract AI solution to a global user addition they will manage the product vendor relationships contracts and successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal project management problem-solving skills a proven track record of success and a desire to win.This is a hybrid position and can be based out of our Arden Hills MN or Marlborough MA sites.Your responsibilities include:Partners cross-functionally with Commercial Services (GBS) Sales IT and 3rd party partner(s).Develops and owns project plans timelines budget roles/responsibilities communication plan and other project management processes and documents.Manages product demand prioritization and manages product governance.Manages plan implementation and delivery of projects and product releasesDetermines and manages tasks issues risks and action items.Monitoring progress and performance helping development team to make improvements.Directs the work of employees assigned to the project (from technical and business partners) to build a high performing team.Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the team.Manages and coordinates all IT workstreams and activities associated with the program (upstream: Model N; SFDC and downstream: CDL; Tableau).Provides updates to management and stakeholders of progress through frequent communication that aligns with program communication plan and ongoing needs.Participates in external product management organizations conferences and seminars to keep current with industry best practices in project management by joining professional associations and implementing a professional development plan with focus on product management.Required Qualifications:BS Degree8 years of experienceExperience working in large and complex enterprise project environmentsProven experience working in a regulated environment with quality systems which includes strong documentation skills.Strong customer service orientationExcellent interpersonal skills with an ability to understand and communicate technical information to an audience of varying skill levelsStrong organizational skills experience leading large development teams and strategic initiativesSelf-motivated self-directed adaptableAnalytical approach to problem solving and project managementAble to work on a team in person and in a collaborative virtual settingPreferred Qualifications:MS degreeExperience within the Azure technical ecosystemExperience with AIPMP PMI or PMBOK certificationScrum Master certificationRequisition ID:619254Minimum Salary: $99100Maximum Salary: $188300The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) see vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role.
