For the latest news visit and ResponsibilitiesThe Head of category management for MX in e-commerce will be responsible for overall performance business strategy category management GTM business planning and operations. This leader will align strategy with D2C and MX Leadership to drive ecommerce sales growth share and enhance the consumer experience across digital channels. This leader will manage the overall MX D2C P&L including promotion development and execution and deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience to grow D2C share for the MX business. Oversee the Direct-to-consumer (B2C) business for MX including category management promotion planning and execution GTM business planning and operations.Define and align the MX B2C category strategy with SEA E-commerce and MX Leadership.Lead communication and alignment with internal/external/HQ partnerships to align strategy and targetsLead NPI launches and GTM providing clarity and driving decisions across all cross-functional teams.Serve as the Promotions Subject Matter Expert optimizing and driving promotion effectiveness to drive both top-line and bottom-line growth by partnering with PM and finance team.sCollaborate with internal stakeholders across Merchandising Product UI/UX Marketing Engineering Operations Analytics and Customer Service to create a best-in-class consumer experience and successful execution.Champion continuous improvement and optimization to drive growth with data-driven insights across the business including traffic merchandizing funnel promo CEJ fulfillment operations and customer serviceDrive alignment on monthly/quarterly/annual targets and quarterly strategic planLead Supply Chain Planning for D2C to reduce and deplete agingLead the MX business process and drive decisions for platform migrationLead business reviews with E-commerce MX business and HQThink creatively leverage data and build insights to develop scalable products and promotions that drive business growth. Create business cases to accelerate category growth and develop functional capabilities for testing learning and iteratingManage a high-performing team focusing on scaling and developing talent to achieve business objectivesWork at all levels in the organization to translate business strategy into executionSkills and QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:15 years of experience in e-commerce business category management business planning digital sales & operationsBachelors degree required; an MBA from a top-tier college will be a plusMinimum 4 years of Supply chain/business planning experience for e-commerce preferredMinimum 10 years of people management experience is neededPrior experience of working with consumer electronics/telecom/technology/retail companies is highly desiredPrior experience in eCommerce business practices and operations.
