Leadership Impact: Take ownership of a large-scale, high-performing manufacturing operation Career Growth: Opportunity to influence strategy and long-term plant performance Stability: Established operation with strong production volume and infrastructure Collaborative Culture: Lead and develop a team of 800+ employees across multiple departments Continuous Improvement Focus: Drive Lean initiatives and operational excellence Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and coordination of manufacturing operations Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and growth initiatives Oversee plant performance including production, quality, safety, and efficiency Ensure compliance with all food safety, OSHA, and regulatory requirements Manage union labor relations and ensure adherence to labor agreements Own full P&L responsibilities including COGS, inventory, and working capital Lead annual budgeting and financial planning processes Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing initiatives and KPI-driven performance Collaborate with corporate functions to align plant objectives with company strategy Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities across operations Qualifications - Needed Structure: Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred) Minimum 10+ years of operations leadership experience in manufacturing Strong background in food or beverage manufacturing Proven experience leading large-scale production teams and multi-line facilities Strong background in cost control, inventory management, and logistics Experience working in union environments Proven ability to drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with plant cost accounting and operational systems preferred Interested in hearing more?
