You will be responsible for identifying, defining, and executing high-impact operational and strategic initiatives across Parafin. At Parafin, Business Operations is a dynamic team that works cross-functionally to accelerate Parafin's growth, design organizational processes that scale, and expand the company's opportunity space through new products and markets.Are you a mission-driven, analytical, and collaborative thinker and doer? If so, come join us!What You Will Be Doing:Identify, define, and execute high-impact operational and strategic initiatives across ParafinApply business analytics, market research, and insights to support the decision-making processes for some of the most pivotal decisions facing the businessTake new company functions from 0 - 1 as we build a next-generation fintech from scratch at ParafinBuild and/or improve business processes and drive cross-functional alignment on prioritiesPerform ad hoc analyses related to impact sizing, partner acquisition, cohort patterns, unit economics, operations, new markets, and moreDo what needs to get done to help Parafin create value for our small business and platform customersWhat We're Searching For:5+ years of total work experience3+ years in management consulting, operations, strategic finance, private equity, or a similar role at a technology companyStrong fluency in (or desire to learn) data analysis skills and tools, such as SQL / LookerExperience building and rolling out new processes from scratchSuperb communication skills (writing, data, oral)Natural problem solver, both with data and with peopleProven ability to work and thrive in productively chaotic environmentsRuthless prioritizer; a creative and analytical thinkerT-shaped skills -- equally comfortable diving deep into financial minutiae and analyses, and zooming out to frame a high-level narrativeWe Prefer If You Have:Experience working in fintechPrior startup experienceWhat We OfferSalary Range: $180k - $230kEquity grantMedical, dental & vision insuranceUnlimited PTO & work from home flexibilityCommuter benefitsFree lunchesPaid parental leave401(k)Employee assistance programIf you require reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employee selection process, please contact us.
