Are you ready to join usThis role is part of Alcons Commercial & General Management function a team that oversees the companys commercial strategies to ensure efficiency and support strategic decision making as we transform the eye care industry.The Sr. Director is a strategic leader responsible for crafting and implementing long-term plans that align global and regional service priorities with corporate objectives. This role drives transformation initiatives across the Global Services organization leading cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency customer experience and revenue growth. With deep expertise in strategic planning financial modeling and project governance the Sr. Director ensures clarity in service economics oversees key performance indicators and facilitates planning cycles that support business health and strategic progress. Acting as a central partner to senior leadership this role influences major decisions and manages risk.
