As a Sr. DM you will:Lead a diverse group of sales professionals to foster a culture of high performance engagement and talent developmentManage and coach team to develop and execute high impact territory business plans for leading products and win for the patientsContinuously develop and demonstrate business clinical and access acumen to compliantly guide the team to capitalize on opportunities in a highly competitive dynamic environmentConnect and collaborate with internal and external customers to identify challenges/opportunities/solutionsRequired Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelors degree is requiredAt least two (2) years of successful management and/or supervisory experience.Five (5) or more years of documented successful pharmaceutical biologic/biotech or medical device sales experience in a competitive environment. A valid DriversLicense in one of the 50 United States Ability to travel up to60% Residewithinthe geography or be willing to relocate to itPreferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the Immunology/Dermatology field Knowledge of Institutions in the district Knowledge of access and fulfillment processes for biologic therapiesThis position is eligible for a company car through the Companys FLEET program.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $141000 to $212000.00 The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance savings plan pension plan disability plan vacation pay sick time holiday pay and work personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
