Sr Engineer, Identity Access Management at Pilot Company

The purpose of this job is to drive the development and integrations for the corporate Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. The Senior Engineer for Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for the development planning programming and implementation of all enterprise-wide IAM systems.Essential FunctionsServe as the lead engineer for RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) integrations ensuring seamless implementation across enterprise systems.Develop and maintain scripts to automate identity and access management tasks leveraging languages such as PowerShell Python or similar.Design and implement provisioning solutions using various methods including Active Directory (AD) SCIM API and direct database integrations.Lead the configuration administration and maintenance of RBAC frameworks to support secure and efficient access management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RBAC with existing and new applications ensuring compliance and scalability.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RBAC and provisioning processes.Document processes procedures and training materials for RBAC and provisioning operations.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity management scripting and provisioning technologies.Model behaviors that support the companys common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.Complete other duties as assigned.Qualifications : Minimum five years experience participating in IT security projects.Experience with industry accepted security standards.Bachelors degree in IT criminal justice Cyber Security or related field preferredAdditional Information : Nation-wide Medical Plan/Dental/Vision401(k) and Flexible Spending AccountsEmployee Fuel DiscountAdoption AssistanceTuition ReimbursementOnsite Gym and CafeteriaWeekly PayAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelinesRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Active Directory,Identity & Access Management,LDAP,SAFe,Assistive Technologies,Authentication,Pediatrics Experience,NVDA,Sailpoint,SSH,SSO,Oracle Department / Functional Area: Information Technology (IT) Experience: years Vacancy: 1
