Youll work across infrastructure automation CI/CD and developer tooling to enable scalable secure and high-performing environments. This role is critical to our Internal Developer Platform (IDP) strategy and improving developer experience.Platform Development: Architect and implement scalable platform components and services.Infrastructure Automation: Build infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using Terraform Ansible or similar tools.CI/CD Enablement: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions Azure DevOps or Jenkins.Cloud Engineering: Manage and optimize cloud-native infrastructure (Azure AWS or GCP).Observability & Reliability: Implement monitoring logging and alerting frameworks; contribute to SRE practices.Security & Compliance: Ensure platform components meet security and regulatory standards.Collaboration: Partner with software engineers SREs and DevEx teams to deliver seamless developer experiences.Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the team.What to expect when you join our firmHybrid working and reasonable accommodationsGenerous Holiday policiesPaid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the communitySupport to grow through professional development courses tuition/qualification reimbursement and moreMaternal/paternal leave benefits and family servicesComplimentary subscription to Headspace the mindfulness appCorporate membership to ClassPass and other health and well-being benefitsUnique employee events and programs including a 14er challengeComplimentary beverages snacks and all employee Happy HoursMust have skillsBachelors or Masters in Computer Science Engineering or related field5 years of experience in platform engineering DevOps or infrastructure rolesStrong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred AWS/GCP acceptable)Proficiency in containerization (Docker Kubernetes)Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitHub Azure DevOps GitLab CI)Experience with IaC tools (Terraform Pulumi Ansible)Solid programming skills (Python Go or Java)Strong understanding of networking security and system architectureNice to have skillsCertifications in cloud technologies or Kubernetes.Experience building or contributing to an Internal Developer Platform (IDP)Familiarity with service mesh API gateways and platform observability toolsKnowledge of FinOps cost optimization and cloud governanceSupervisory responsibilitiesNoPotential for growthMentoringLeadership development programsRegular trainingCareer development servicesContinuing education coursesCross functional collaborationCompensation information The base salary range for this position is $100000-$115000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
