ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT MANAGER, AVIATIONStarlink, our revolutionary satellite constellation, delivers low-latency broadband internet around the world. The Starlink Enterprise Account Management team serves as the point of contact for Starlink’s growing base of enterprise customers from contract signature through successful activation, ensuring all contract terms are fulfilled. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter that has a passion for making customers deliriously happy and connecting enterprises with Starlink.   RESPONSIBILITIES:  Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of our most strategic Enterprise Aviation customers, owning the interface from contract signature onwards including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenueBuild relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements and manage expectations, driving revenue realization as quickly as possible Collect, communicate and champion customer feedback internally to influence and steer programmatic and technical development required to maintain and grow your businessDeliver impeccable customer service, including efficient acknowledgement and resolution of issuesRetaining and growing the value of accounts in both hardware and service revenueAct as an extreme owner of assigned accounts to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule, identifying and successfully communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules and risksIdentify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across various cross-functional teams, evolve the customer experience, or scale the business while balancing resources and headcount  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 8+ years of professional business development, program management, sales or account management experience7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role  PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:  Ability to interact with all levels within airline management on technical and account management issuesSignificant knowledge or experience in commercial and/or business aviation, satellite communications, and program or account managementExperience working with the FAA, EASA, or other aerospace regulatory bodiesExperience managing multiple complex projects and delivering under tight deadlines and resource constraintsExperience building long-term and successful customer relationships demonstrating empathy, active listening, and resiliency skillsAbility to synthesize multiple unique requirements and suggest smart solutions, products, or featuresTrack record of demonstrating sound business judgment, evaluating alternatives, and making recommendations that were adopted and ultimately successfulExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and present professional presentations at all levelsAbility to manage execution of significant or complex contracts, including initial intake, renegotiation of terms, and schedules.  Especially after a contract is signed ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be available to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to support critical milestones or operations shiftsAvailability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time as needed to customer sites/meetingsThis is NOT a remote position and would require relocation if not local to the Woodinville, WA, Redmond, WA, Hawthorne, CA, or Bastrop, TX area ITAR REQUIREMENTS:To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
