Based in the Boston, MA, we practice at the highest level, with dominant strength in corporate, intellectual property, litigation, real estate and private client. We are actively looking for a Partner specializing in either Corporate, Intellectual Property, or General Litigation with a portable book of business to be in the forefront of cases of first impressions and contemporary issues in the business marketplace.

Job Details
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
- Prior experience in trusts and estates law, including some combination of:
- Estate and gift tax planning
- Drafting of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related documents
- Trust and estate administration
- Advising fiduciaries and beneficiaries
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Client-service mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience working with high-net-worth clients is required
