As a 100% employee-owned company with offices across the Northeast and Ohio we continue to grow and are looking for experienced Senior Sheet Metal Estimators to join our team.In this role youll analyze project documents perform detailed takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates that support competitive bids. You will work closely with our Chief Estimator and collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering high-quality results.What Youll DoPrepare detailed labor and material takeoffs for all sheet metal systemsReview project plans and specifications to ensure complete competitive bidsIdentify scope gaps risks and opportunitiesSolicit and compare quotes from subcontractors and suppliersWork closely with the estimating team and attend pre-bid meetingsReview bid packages with the Chief EstimatorSupport relationships with subcontractors and vendorsMaintain clear documentation and participate in project handoff meetingsWhat Were Looking ForBachelors degree in a related field preferred5 years of experience estimating HVAC and/or plumbing projectsProficiency in estimating software (AutoBid Mechanical strongly preferred) and Microsoft ExcelStrong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systemsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentHigh attention to detail and strong work ethicCollaborative team-oriented mindsetRequired Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Maths skills,Engineering Drawing,Tape measure,Aircraft Parts,Aluminium,HVAC,Stainless Steel,OSHA,Construction Documents,Hair Handlers,Metallurgy,Dexterity,Handtools,Drill Press,Layout Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 80000 - 110000
