Summary:The Sr. Financial Analyst AR & Lien Waiver Compliance owns working capital transparency and compliance across the Renewable Energy segment. This role leads 13-week cash flow forecasting accounts receivable (AR) analytics accounts payable (AP) trend reporting and lien waiver compliance management including the implementation and administration of Greenlight Compliance software. This role ensures accurate cash forecasting risk mitigation subcontractor payment compliance and cross-functional collaboration to support financial stewardship and operational execution.Key Responsibilities:Cash & Working CapitalLead development and ownership of 13-week cash flow forecasts liquidity analysis and variance driversProvide weekly cash visibility and risk flagging to Financial Operations and Segment leadershipPartner with FP&A Treasury AP AR and project teams on cash timing assumptions and overall financial cash forecastsAR/AP Reporting & AnalyticsProduce AR aging DSO trends billing cycle analysis and receivables risk assessmentsProvide AP disbursement analysis pay timing visibility aging trends and working capital impact reportingBuild actionable dashboards and reporting packages for operations finance and executive stakeholdersLien Waiver & Compliance OwnershipManage end-to-end lien waiver compliance for subcontractors vendors and upstream clientsImplement and operationalize Greenlight Compliance including:System rollout user enablement training and process governanceData integration vendor onboarding compliance tracking and exception resolutionDashboard development KPI reporting and risk escalation workflowsEnsure compliance with state regulations lien statutes project contract requirements and payment termsDevelop and own the process policy SOPs framework analytics and system governance and internal controls to scale compliance effortsOther Job Functions:Attend weekly monthly and executive leadership meetingsMay at times travel to support periodic corporate or Segment CFO initiatives including potential travel as neededIt is also an expectation that the Sr. Financial Analyst will look after and operate in the best interest of PSC protecting financial integrity and company objectivesKey Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in accounting or global equivalent in Business Accounting/Finance Project Management36 years in corporate financePreference given for experience in Solar Renewable Energy or Power GenerationCPA or equivalent professional certification is a strong assetAdvanced Proficient in Excel MS Office Viewpoint PVault and document control platforms (cash forecasting models lookups data structuring automation reporting)BI/dashboard experience (Power BI or similar) a plusUnderstanding of construction billing AR/AP cycles and working capital leversKnowledge of lien law payment compliance conditional/unconditional waivers retainage and state filing rulesExperience implementing software process rollouts and system adoption across stakeholdersStrong communicator capable of influencing internal and external partnersHighly organized with rigorous follow-through on compliance requirementsComfortable managing ambiguity time-sensitive escalations and strict deadlinesSelf-starter process-oriented detail-driven and solutions mindedAbility to balance risk mitigation with operational urgencyBenefits and Pay:Paid Company HolidaysPaid Time OffPaid Sick Leave (per Colorados Healthy Families and Workplaces Act)Medical Dental Vision FSA/HSA Short-Term/Long-Term Disability401(k) with company matchSalary $90000 - $110000 annually dependent on experience qualifications and competencies.EEO Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive considerationfor employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin disability statusprotected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.Agency Statement:We are not accepting resumes from Third Party Recruiting Firms for this position.
