Are you passionate about finance and analytics? Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your analytical skills to real-world financial challenges? We are currently seeking a Permanent Sr. Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-level strategic initiatives and engage in hands-on financial management. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to senior management. This position requires a high level of analytical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes, providing insightful and actionable recommendations to management.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues.
• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against strategic/business plan and budgets.
• Prepare comprehensive and detailed reports for senior management, providing them with the insights needed to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with various business units to enhance the understanding of performance metrics and financial results.
• Participate in special projects, preparing financial data as necessary.
• Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and report generation.
• Use Python and other tools to automate financial analysis and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Strongly Prefer
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong financial modeling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software.
